Pythonwin Freezes when trying to adjust View options

I just upgraded from 10 to 10.1, at the same time I uninstalled my old Pythonwin and upgraded to this version (pywin32-218.win-amd64-py2.7). Everything seems to have installed properly but problems arose when I started trying to configure the viewing options I like. The only option I seem to be able to set now is dockable window under the general options tab. My other settings; Margin Widths of 30 to show line numbers, Keep tabs, View whitespace, and View indentation guides all just freeze the whole program and spin until I have to force quit.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Does this have anything to do with what version I installed?
