ExportReport Function, Report Title Property Limitation?

I am using the ExportReport function in a script. I've noticed that the report title doesn't populate if the string is too long. If I have something like:

the title won't populate.

If I shorten the title to:

The title populates.

I'm wondering if there is a limitation to the character count being used in this function. It doesn't specify anything about this in the help file.
