Location of Python Win to Install ?

Hi All,

Can somebody help me out on this ?
I want to install python win, but dont know where to install ?
I've just got wrong location, and need to re-install arcgis to fix.

c:\Python27\ArcGISx6410.1\Lib\site-packages\pythonwin.
or
c:\Python27\ArcGIS10.1\Lib\site-packages\pythonwin.

and could i just use this file 'python-2.7.msi' as installer,
or use 'pywin32-217.zip' with executing 'setup.py' ?

I'm using ArcGIS 10.1.
