address validator

Hi,
I wish to use addresses in my model. However, i wish to have a way to validate the addresses. I would like that the model should run when a false address is input or if there is a null for address.
my addresses are in airdrie alberta (format eg. 10 JENSEN ST SE). building number, street name, street type, quadrant
Can someone give me a hand using python.
if i have a python script that validates my correct addresses, i will be able to include in my model using ArcGIS.
