Default python packages installed with ArcGIS Desktop

I am developing a toolbox for ArcMap. I want to know which python packages are installed by default by ArcGIS Desktop 10.0 and 10.1 so that I can create a virtualenv that matches one a fresh install of ArcGIS. Unfortunately I've installed packages in my own ArcGIS python, so I cannot easily reference that.
