ArcInfo Command Line- In Arc 10 (Only Python Available?)

I am having the same issue as mykotti in that I have Arc 10, and no longer have access to the Arc Info Command prompt (that was available in Arc 9.3). I have python, but I'd like to run the Info command line. This above quoted question was posted in 2011 and was never answered.

I was hoping someone could tell me something about this. Do you know if it's in fact no longer available in Arc 10? Was this addressed in one of Arc 10's SPs that I somehow missed? Any information would help, even if it's how to convert Info command line to python.
