So this was an automated parcel importer process from the county that supposedly worked just fine before our upgrade to 10.2. I am very new to learning Python but the error I was getting didn't seem to be Syntax related. If anybody has any thoughts on how I can correct the code attached, thank you in advance and I will ship you a beer or three for your help.
