Create a unique identifier with a suffix, hyphen, and number with leading zeros.

I hope this is the correct place to post this question. I need to populate a field that is 9 characters wide I created called (CG_ID) with a unique attribute. The attribute needs a suffix (PV) then a hyphen followed by a unique number with 5 leading zeros. Example would be like “PV-000001”. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
