Expression for hatches

Hi!

I am working on a project with dynamic segmentation, I have a feature class with many routes with their respective labels hatches (pks).
I need to export autocad hatches and this process i know how do it but i not get the correct format hatch. I want something like this:

1249 meters = 1+249
0+873 = 873 meters

How I can do this with python or vb?
