CreateImageSDDraft attribute not found

Hello,

I am trying to create a script to publish a raster dataset to ArcGIS Server and I was trying to use the CreateImageSDraft in ArcPy. When I run the script I get an error stating "AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribure 'CreateImageSDDraft'. I am using ArcGIS 10.1 Advanced and I am in the process of installing the latest service pack to see if that helps. Anyone have an idea as to what is wrong?
