Alter sequence Add Location arcpy

Hi,

I want to know, if is possible create a add location in arcpy associated field "SEQUENCE" in "Stops" a one field in my feature class. Because when I used the Add Location, this not optional field sequence.
I can't used "find_best_order" in Make Route Layer.
