locked by another application _ Error

When i run script, it works without any error. But when i try to run again the following message appear.
ExecuteError: ERROR 000601: Cannot delete J:\Gampaha\51027202\CM51027202.gdb. May be locked by another application.
is it my problem?. pl explane how to remove that lock
