Easiest way to set results in Shapefile or Spreadsheet output?

Hey all :D!

Ok so, as an amateur Python user, my first Python script finally works properly! :D
EXCEPT for the last part! I have been trying to use different functions and codes in order to set my results in either a Spreadsheet
or a Shapefile output, but with no success.
My aim is to add my script as a Script tool on ArcGIS.

So here is my question:
my script calculates results in 5 different fields (X,Y,Z, Value, ID),
what is the easiest way to display these fields in a Shapefile or a Spreadsheet?
