Inserting data into a table which is inside a SDE, you can do with python?

Hi friends,

I need to insert data into a table which is inside a SDE, can be easily manually: Selecting the table, right clicking, choose load, load data, and use the "Simple data loader".

But I need it automated, you can do with Python?
