Address Errors Python Script tool

I downloaded de Address Errors Python Script tool from the Gallery http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html...9b71c12e5626a2 and I get the Error 000576 "Script associated with this tool does not exist" when I tried to run it.
I tried with the Aug-2010 and Sep-2011 versions with the same result.

Has anyone used this tool and can they explain what is going on? Is there a newer version of the tool or a replacement?
